Leser Group LTD is a 45year old real estate development and management company. The firm was founded by Abraham Leser, president, in the early 1970’s. The Leser Group has developed 30 projects with a total cost of $886 million. Today the firm manages five million square feet of commercial, office and residential property with a current market value of well over $1 billion. The Leser real estate development, construction and management portfolio is significantly diverse with commercial, office, government, residential and nonprofit community uses. While the majority of the Leser portfolio can be found in the five boroughs, there are projects in other states throughout the northeast.
