Real Property Solutions (RPS) was founded in 2004 to provide Owner’s Representation, Project and Property Management for property stabilization and repositioning of existing real estate portfolios and new assets. Over the past 30 years, a boots on the ground approach has enabled RPS to deliver successful, effective real estate solutions on behalf of owners. Our success lies in understanding complex problems and developing an executable strategy to deliver a solution. Projects of all sizes from conception and due diligence through closeout and completion, are managed through a comprehensive checklist-based process to ensure a positive end-result without sacrificing budget or schedule.

RPS has managed and developed various property types including office, residential, hotel, institutional, data centers and parking structures. Our professional teams have been responsible for delivering over $500,000,000 of improvements from roof, windows and facades, building systems, interior renovations to mission critical systems and historical renovations.
